The LUNANOVA 365-Night Celestial Trial

The 365-Night Celestial Trial is available only on the following LUNANOVA mattresses:

  • Arctica

  • Eclipse

All other models are subject to the standard return policy stated at time of purchase.

30-Night Adjustment Period

Your body requires time to adapt to a new sleep surface. For this reason, we require a minimum 30-night break-in period from the date of delivery before initiating a return.

If, after 30 nights and within 365 nights of delivery, you are not satisfied with your Arctica or Eclipse mattress, you may request a return or exchange subject to the eligibility requirements below.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Sleep Concierge team.

  2. Provide:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos of the mattress

    • Photo of the law label

    • Photos of the foundation/base

  3. If approved, we coordinate free curbside pickup.

  4. Once collected and confirmed in eligible condition, a refund is issued to the original payment method.

White Glove fees, shipping upgrades, and optional add-ons are non-refundable.

365-Night Trial Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  • Applies only to Arctica and Eclipse models.

  • Residential use only.

  • Mattress must be used on a proper foundation (see below).

  • Mattress must be in donatable condition.

  • No stains, odors, smoke damage, burns, tears, pet damage, or moisture damage.

  • Law label must remain attached.

  • Fully expanded within 14 days of delivery.

  • One trial per household.

  • Original purchaser only.

  • Valid only at the original delivery address.

  • Not valid on clearance, floor models, final sale, or promotional liquidation units.

LUNANOVA reserves the right to deny a return that does not meet these conditions.

Proper Foundation Requirements

Your mattress must be continuously supported by:

  • Non-flexing platform bed

  • Slats no more than 3 inches apart

  • Center support beam for Queen, King

  • Minimum 5 legs for Queen/King frames

  • Structurally sound adjustable base

Use on improper foundations may void both the Trial and the Limited Warranty.

What Is Not Covered Under the 365-Night Trial

  • Normal foam softening

  • Comfort preference after 365 nights

  • Minor size variances (under 1 inch)

  • Mold from improper ventilation

  • Commercial use (Airbnb, rentals, hotels)

  • Abuse, folding, jumping, improper storage

Sleep Bundle Policy

If your purchase included a complimentary Sleep Bundle (pillows, sheets, protectors):

  • These items are final sale for hygienic reasons.

  • If the mattress is returned, the retail value of the bundle will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Limited to one exchange per household within the 365-night window.

Upgrades require payment of the price difference.

Standard Return Policy (All Other Models)

Models not listed under the 365-Night Trial (including but not limited to Orbit and other promotional models) are not eligible for the 365-night return period unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

These models are covered exclusively under the LUNANOVA Limited Warranty below.

LUNANOVA 10-Year Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is separate from the 365-Night Trial.

The warranty begins on the date of delivery and extends for 10 years.

Applies to all LUNANOVA mattresses, including Arctica, Eclipse, Orbit, and other models.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

  • Visible indentation greater than 2 inches not caused by improper foundation.

  • Manufacturing defects in foam or support core.

  • Faulty stitching or zipper defects due to workmanship.

Measuring Indentations

Indentations must be measured:

  • Mattress placed on a flat surface.

  • Using a string pulled tightly across the surface.

  • Clear photographic evidence required.

Body impressions under 2 inches are considered normal wear and are not covered.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal increase in softness.

  • Comfort preference.

  • Indentations under 2 inches.

  • Stains, liquid damage, mold, mildew.

  • Improper foundation use.

  • Commercial use.

  • Burns, cuts, tears, abuse.

  • Removal of the law label.

  • Minor cosmetic or dimensional variations (under 1 inch).

LUNANOVA’s Responsibility

If a valid defect is confirmed, LUNANOVA will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the mattress, or

  • Replace it with the same or comparable model.

Replacement models may differ slightly due to product improvements.

Warranty coverage does not reset upon replacement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LUNANOVA’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.

LUNANOVA shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Some provinces may not allow such limitations.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
